Elderflower Strawberry Basil Prosecco "Rossini"
Here is my upgraded version of the classic Italian cocktail, the Rossini. Cheers! ...Or as they say in Italian, "Cin cin!"

- glass rimming sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp Elderflower syrup
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 1 individual-sized bottle of Prosecco (187 ML or ¾ cups)
- 4 ice cubes (¼ cup)
(optional) Run a slice of thawed strawberry along the rim of a glass and dip your glass upside down into flavored sugar.
Measure all the ingredients and add them to a blender.
Turn on the blender until everything is well mixed and there are no chunks of ice.
Garnish with a piece of basil.
