Refreshing Fizzy Green Gazpacho

Ingredients
  

Gazpacho Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery (3 stalks)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, deseeded
  • 2 small Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup organic kale leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup Orange Peach Mango Aqua Kefir by GT's Kombucha 
  • 2 ml medicinal mushrooms (Rainbo Mushrooms)
  • 1 tsp Vital Proteins collagen powder (optional)

Topping

  • ¼ cup coconut chunks

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing your produce and cutting it into chunks so it all fits in your blender. Blend on high just until everything gets blended. Pour into bowls and top with fresh coconut chunks or dried coconut flakes.
