Instructions
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off the stems from the peppers then cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds from the center. Arrange on a platter.
In a food processor, pulse the garlic spread with 1 can of artichoke hearts. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the remaining artichoke quarters so it will have a chunky consistency. Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes and let sit for a couple of minutes to cool down.
Top with diced chives/green onion to garnish. Dig in and enjoy!
