Pineapple Carrot chia pudding

"Pineapple Carrot Zinger" Chia pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds (This is equal to ¼ cup)
  • ½ cup plain coconut milk yogurt (So Delicious is the brand I recommend)

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the yogurt
  2. Add the blend to the yogurt and stir until evenly mixed, then wait at least 15 minutes before eating (this stays fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days)
